    • Roasts - a mix of Top Round, Bottom Round, Chuck & Arm - about 6 pounds each. There will be about 80 pounds of Roasts.

    • Steaks - a mix of T Bones, Ribeye, New York, Sirloin, Tip & Tenderloin. Steaks cut 1 inch thick and packaged 2 steaks per package. There will be about 40 pounds of steaks.

    • About 16 pounds of soup bones.

    • About 16 pounds of stew meat

    • Request liver, tongue, heart and we will add to the bundle if available.

WHAT WILL BE THE FINAL COST?

We typically harvest our bison when they reach the stage of highest quality, between 2 and 3 years of age. Weights can vary from animal to animal.

The final cost will be the final weight of the cut, wrapped meat of the whole animal @ $11.35.

In addition to our local community of Valentine, Nebraska, we currently only offer delivery to Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska.
