WHAT WILL BE THE FINAL COST?
We typically harvest our bison when they reach the stage of highest quality, between 2 and 3 years of age. Weights can vary from animal to animal.
The final cost will be the final weight of the cut, wrapped meat of the whole animal @ $11.35.

In addition to our local community of Valentine, Nebraska, we currently only offer delivery to Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska.
