Steaks - a mix of T Bones, Ribeye, New York, Sirloin, Tip & Tenderloin. Steaks cut 1 inch thick and packaged 2 steaks per package. There will be about 10-12 pounds of steaks.
About 4 pounds of soup bones.

What will be the final cost?
We typically harvest our bison when they reach the stage of highest quality; between 2 and 3 years of age. Weights can vary from animal to animal.
The final cost will be the final weight of the 1/4 @ $12.25.
